Shipping, Returns and Exchange
We do our best to have all packages shipped out of our Fulfillment center within 1-3 business days of your payment processing successfully.
The time it takes your package to get to you depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:
- USPS Priority takes 2-3 days
- USPS First class takes 2-5 days
- UPS 2nd Day Air takes 2 days
- UPS Ground shipping takes 5 days.
Any shipping time starts after the package has shipped, which can be up to 3 business days from the purchase. If you pay for Express shipping, this guarantees that your package will arrive within 1 to 2 business days after the package has shipped.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your package ships.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 20 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. If merchandise is exchanged, ground shipping will be provided, at our expense, for the new product to be shipped back to you. In the case that we are sold out of product or if product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied. Please email email@example.com before shipping your return; include your order number and the reason for the exchange.
